Join us for the Kids Cine-Club on Sunday 18 October from 3-5 PM at the Unley Town Hall to celebrate the 25th edition of the Fête du cinéma d'animation, we’re screening the award-winning French animation film Minuscule: Valley of the Lost Ants.

When an abandoned picnic leaves behind a forgotten tin of sugar cubes, a curious ladybird steps inside and inadvertently gets caught in a clash between black ants and red ants vying for the prize.

Created by Thomas Szabo and Hélène Giraud, this French feature mixes real-world outdoor photography with animated characters. The movie is completely dialogue-free, relying instead on immersive natural sound effects, expressive insect squeaks, and thrilling visual storytelling that audiences of all ages and languages can enjoy.
