✨ This first AF Dinner Club will be held at Parc Brasserie and Bar, featuring a unique 4-course menu crafted by Chef Francis, with wine pairings thoughtfully chosen by their sommelier ✨

Menu includes: 

Amuse-Bouche: Amuse-bouche on arrival

Cold Entrée: Petite charcuterie platter with garlic salami, saucisson sec, jambon de Bayonne, pâté en croûte, cornichons, and toasted bread

Hot Entrée: Gnocchi of saffron-infused rattes potatoes sautéed in basil butter (ratte potatoes are a heirloom potatoes with a delicious nutty flavour and buttery texture)

Main Course: Wagyu beef scotch fillet with chimichurri and char-grilled asparagus

Dessert:: Petite Pomme Verte - Parc signature dessert ! 🍏

Each course will be paired with a demi glass of wine 🍷
