November 2022: AF Adelaide Cheese After Dark with Valerie Henbest

At the Central Market, a special “Cheese after dark with Alliance Française” event hosted by Valerie Henbest at the Smelly Cheese!

We explored the variety of tastes and production methods of cheeses around France, with 5 delicious cheeses specifically selected for this workshop. Each cheese was accompanied by a matching French wine.
