Food Democracy: Giving Sustainable Food Access to Everybody

Date: 19 May 2023 5:30pm-7:00pm - Adelaide

The Australian-French Association for Research and Innovation (AFRAN) is organising its third Scientific Apéritif in association with Alliance-Française.

We aim to get SA French and Australian researchers together for networking opportunities while showcasing some great science to our members and a general audience.

So please join us at the Alliance Française on Friday 19 May at 5:30pm for a social gathering where an aperitif will be provided while listening to Mathieu Duboys-De-Labarre and Brendan Dobson talking about their works looking at challenges and solutions of Food Democracy.

Matthieu Duboys-De-Labarre (Institut Agro Dijon) will present his research on "Food democracy – To give people more control over their food system".

Brendan Dobson (Ecosystem Farms) will present their "Soilless farming system – A sustainable large scale food production alternative".
