As part of the celebrations for "Citizenship Day" in New Caledonia (24 September), the Delegation of New Caledonia in Australia is organising the 2025 edition of the "New Caledonia Film Festival", in partnership with the network of Alliances françaises in Australia, the Pacific Centre for International Encounters and Exchanges (CREIPAC), the New Caledonian Association of Fiction producers (ACPF), and the Embassy of France in Canberra. Funded by the New Caledonian government, the New Caledonia Film Festival will run from 18 au 27 September in eight Australian cities (Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Hobart, Melbourne, Perth, Townsville and Sydney).
