Adelaide Fringe 2024

The cultural agenda of Adelaide is richly varied, so we will try to guide you through these many events. The Adelaide Fringe will kick off 'Mad March', the festival month, on 16 February! It is the second largest annual arts festival in the world and will showcase more than 1,428 shows with artists from across Australia and around the world until 17 March. How could you not find your heart's desire?

Since the French touch is still present this year, we are showcasing some of our favourite artists, all of whom have a connection with the Francophonie. From music to cabaret and humor, they are overflowing with talent and will be able to immerse you in a very Frenchie atmosphere. Perfect to spend a great time with family or friends.

They're back!

Jacques does La Dolce Vita

What chance!...we find our romantically hapless character Jacques singing in a bar on a sleazy street in Naples.

Why and how we don’t know…he probably doesn’t know himself! Perhaps he’s discovered that when the moon hits the sky like a big pizza pie, it’s amore.

Come, be the audience in that bar and have a slice of pizza spread with French songs, sprinkled with some Italian tunes with Napoli flavour and topped with a little humour. Tasty, non?

After 3 sold out Fringe shows featuring Jacques, the fabulous Flâneurs Volants return for the next chapter of this tragi-comédie!

When?
16 and 18 February

Where?
Norwood

Merde... is just the beginning!

Come and discover some French Poetry... from the streets!

Your host Arnaud will take you on a one-hour journey through the amazing diversity of the French language... through swearing.

Swearing is good for self-care - it releases endorphins, reduces stress and the laughing is great for the abs.

WARNING! You will participate, you will laugh, and you will definitely swear. Don't be shy, come and swear with us!

When?
15 and 16 March

Where?
Petanque Club of Adelaide
Corner Greenhill and Unley Roads, Adelaide
