Club de Lecture: Couleurs de l'incendie

This month, the book club will discuss Couleurs de l'incendie by Pierre Lemaitre, which follows Madeleine, the sole heiress of the immense financial empire left by her recently deceased father, who must now take over the management of the family bank. Learn the terminology of French grammar. Learn how to differentiate the nature of a word from its function to help you learn French grammar.

Speak French Like a Native!
Learn idiomatic expressions to sound more French and to understand French speakers better! During this workshop, you will see common expressions used in every day life through different mediums such as texts or videos.
Open to A2/B1 level students.

Froggy French for Kids
(Pre-school & Reception)
(Year 1-3)
Through different activities, your child will be entertained while learning useful vocabulary and sentences in French. Your child will learn about animals and wildlife, worldwide food, and hobbies and sports. All day activities will be led by our native French teachers.

French Intensive for Year 11 and 12

For students studying Year 11 or 12 SACE or IB, we offer our French intensive course for more preparation. This course will help students brush up on their grammar, listening, comprehension, and written and oral skills; and prepare Year 12 students for the SACE Continuers French exam, focusing on three strands: Communication, Understanding Language and Understanding Culture.

Enter the world of 19th century France with the Scotch College Performing Arts' production of Les Misérables School Edition, performed entirely by students.

A musical by Alain Boublil and Claude-Michel Schönberg, the production follows Jean Valjean, a French peasant, and his desire for redemption after serving nineteen years in jail for having stolen a loaf of bread for his sister's starving child.
