This is a transitional course into the new course structure format.

This course is designed for students with an intermediate level. To attend this class learners must no longer be considered as « beginners » but have some strong notions of French and have already been introduced to the passé composé, the present tense, the futur proche and the futur simple.

Students will:

  • Learn how to talk about ecology and environmentally friendly actions. They will then learn how to express their opinion and take a stance on an ecological matter.
  • Focus on reading throughout the French event “La fête du livre” and the role of libraries. They will also learn how to ask to borrow something.
  • Study advertisements that will lead to learning useful structures to express a reproach.
