Enrolment procedure
Before starting a course, it is essential to determine your level of French.
If you are a complete beginner, you can start learning French from scratch at the Alliance Française by joining the level 1 class (first contact).
If you are new to the Alliance but not an absolute beginner, you will need to sit for a language assessment, to determine your current level of French and to discuss with you your objectives and your needs. It consists of a short written evaluation followed by an informal conversation. This short test does not require preparation and is held free of charge, preferably by appointment.
We offer a wide range of levels, times and prices. To see the available courses and prices, select your category using the Language Courses menu.
