La petite école francophone (petits)

The Alliance Française has many years of experience working with children. We offer a friendly and supportive environment and use specifically adapted teaching materials complemented by our Resource Centre.

This section was created especially for francophone children who, attending school in Australia, come to discover the world in French. The “Petits” class (3 to 6 year olds) is based on the French Maternelle system - the children are instructed in the following areas: language skills; counting and number recognition; the early stages of reading; writing and letter recognition; art, motor skills and manual activities. A couple of themes are set for each ten week term and all class activities revolve around these themes. The emphasis is on oral communication.

SESSION TIMES: Monday 10.00am to 12.00am $167 per term (9 wks)
